General Pricing

Here’s a list of our prices for general services.  I believe in fair and honest prices for quality work.
There is a 7% Mississippi sales tax included on all transactions.
$150 minimum for all service calls
$225 to change out a hose bib on the side of the house ($125 for each additional)
$280 to snake a main drain
$280 to locate/trace sewer pipe underground
$450 to repair a 3/4″ PVC water line underground
$650 to repair a 3/4″ steel water line underground
$425 to purchase, deliver, and install new toilet
$425 to purchase, deliver, and install new chair height elongated white toilet
